Definition of the word: Ironclad
Ironclad - Something that is set, not quite in stone, but the much softer, shorter lived and easily corroded material of iron. This may be a treaty, a promise or a prenuptial agreement. It’s hard to beat, but not that hard, and it can be beaten to a pulp by anything of a higher technology for sure. For an example of this word used in context, read this page.
