Definition of the word: Galactic Federation of Civilized Planets
Galactic Federation of Civilized Planets - Often at odds with the Galactic Front of Sentient Worlds, the Galactic Federation of Civilized Planets is a coalition of fair, balanced, peace inspired, inter-galactic-equality seeking, über-intelligent ambassadors brought together for the sole purposes of insuring Universal unrest, unending wars between unwitting peoplages, and the constant consumption of personal material and carnal excess. The Galactic Federation of Civilized Planets does not seek to bring peace to the Universe, per se, but rather maintain a balance of peace and war sufficient to fuel the exorbitant membership dues required to be represented by this same said council. In order to join, a civilization must first assert an undying desire to wage peace (though this claim will never be verified or even considered), pay an excessive membership fee, and lastly agree to wage unquestioning war against uncivilized, non-member civilizations... specifically those that have not paid their dues or whose checks have already bounced. The Galactic Federation of Civilized Planets is located on the third moon of the sixth planet of the Andromeda System, and is reputed to throw the very best parties of any unemployed sector thanks to the overzealous dues required in terms of quasi-cash, resource, libations and significant population of athletic, enthusiastic slaves.
