Tar - One of the richest, thickest of all the known “empowering elements” that one can hope to find lingering in the air or on their pavement. It’s also a substance that makes cigarettes more desirable, their roofs more watertight, and their lungs kinder hosts to such things as cancer or emphysema. Tar is generally regarded as a good thing both by planetary governments as well as their largest corporate sponsors, the duly named “medium sized tobacco”.
