Definition of the word: Superadio

Superadio - A superadio is a device entirely similar to a radio, but with a significantly larger antennae, often spanning a distance of perhaps ten or twenty miles. Though early models proved problematic for atmospheric entry, newer versions employ a sophisticated "telescoping" method by which to contract, and can thus be withdrawn into a small tube prior to an otherwise destructive atmosphere.
