Shore Leave - An uncommon and highly anticipated time in which soldiers are not only encouraged to procure venereal diseases, but actually encouraged and given pay advances for it. It’s a time when soldiers are just men, men are merely boys and boys hook up with perfect strangers for unimaginable sin under the influence of intoxicants most sinister.
