Oops - Often used as an exclamation, an "oops" is kind of like a "my bad", but more like a whoops-a-daisy. An oops often occurs due to a cascading series of failures compounding to result in catastrophic failure, though it's almost as commonly the result of a single person committing the oops. In situational comedy, the "oops" is typically committed by the good-looking dumb guy.
