Definition of the phrase: Municipal Spaceports

Municipal Spaceports - Like a cross between a cheap, New Terran international airport and a corrupt valet parking garage. A place where you can stick your spaceship, assuming you’re willing to hang out long enough to be harangued by the horrible, corrupt and unavoidable locals who are always anxious to trick you, rob you and charge you double for half the fuel you expected. Similar to a private spaceport, except full of passengers, merchants and hanger-outers empowered by the so-called “constitutional rights and privileges” so widely enjoyed by people who are less than obscenely wealthy.
