Definition of the word: Liar

Liar - A politician without an office. One who speaks from truth, but not in the traditional sense in which they recite plain facts, but rather facts from a different set of beliefs, often manipulated or manufactured. A master liar is as uncommon as a soothsayer, but much more skilled since the creation of new truths on the spot requires far more skill and intelligence. A liar is also one who speaks "lies to powerless".
