Definition of the word: Illegal

Illegal - An act described by semantics as a crime, punishable by fine, imprisonment, dismemberment, hypermemberment, death or anything else undesirable. An integral ideal of judges who daily determine what is and is not illegal, though the general consensus is that it’s an act committed by someone other than a judge, politician or steward acting on behalf of either, and that the judge doesn’t so much care for.
Most things that are “illegal” include a stipulation that it’s only illegal so long as it is not committed by a judge or politician, since it was decided long ago that judges could not be impartial if they were subjected to the same laws as others, but also because judges are notorious criminals when the law applies to them, which it never does, so they never do anything “illegal”.
