Definition of the word: Hover-Cab

Hover-Cab - Similar to a rickshaw or landi-cab, but one that hovers some six to ten microns above the ground. The biggest advantage to a hover-cab is that the drivers likewise hover some six-to-ten microns above the service levels of traditional cabbies, which is to say; above, but not noticeably so, even despite the ten-fold premium fare. These are especially prominent on planets with uncommonly viscous atmospheres where the effort to remain stuck to the ground is prohibitively problematic.
