Galactic American – A citizen of the galaxy, who also happens to be fortunate to have been born on the soil of New Terran territory formerly known as the United States of America, including unincorporated territories, lands claimed under the Guano Acts, wholly owned planets, satellites or moon bases under a true American flag, and the children of illegal immigrants, provided they pay taxes without requesting to reap any benefits from the systems in to which they pay.
