Embargo - A tool deftly applied by one government of people to punish the very thinnest upper echelon of the governmental peoples of another government. Also a great way of starving the peoples of another government and cause an internal attrition of impoverished peoples in an effort to punish, degrade, destroy and decimate the ignorant masses of a nation that has no understanding or knowledge of whom their leaders are, what the political issues are at hand, or even how to read. During the great AIDS attrition of New Terra, this “embargo” tactic was used to whittle down the overwhelming majority of African, though it unfortunately did not include the wealthy echelon of Nigerain Scam Letterers.
