Elderly - A person beyond the age of 30 who is no longer bringing more money to their local tax base than they may be expected to cost it in the coming century. In many municipalities, these are persons hunted with tremendous premiums on their heads. In any case, an "elderly" person is one who is so ridiculously old that there is no reasonable expectation that they should live another three years, primarily because the price on their life has been set so wonderfully, fantastically high.
