Decimate - To usurp and destroy without actually killing, imprisoning or removing from power, though to do so with the most extreme of prejudice, mostly racial. Also a political move designed to alter the course of a nation, race or planet through the precise obliteration of bridges, buildings, suspicious hospitals and long-hour post offices, though it often includes the vaporization of all soldiers ranking below lieutenant, though rarely any above this rank.
