Coward - A coward is a lily-livered, yellow-bellied, cutting/running sort of person whose opinion or political beliefs are contrary to your own. Use of the term "coward" is generally reserved for political debates and use as a highly effective populist mass manipulation campaign, most often in terms of outlandishly costly and entirely needless foreign crusades.
