Backrub Regulator - A volunteer governmental regulatory position fulfilled entirely by inspectors who must undergo as much as half a lifetime of training and education. Used with great efficiency to identify and sanction backrubbers who succumb to passionate desires during the course of their strictly therapeutic works. They are generally regarded as the lowliest of the low hedonists, but many have been canonized prehumously, potentially out of jealousy or the possibility that they might hook up the nominators with random, stranger sex at a reasonable price.
