Definition of the phrase: Animatronic Lincoln

Animatronic Lincoln - Animatronic Lincoln was a legendary robo-man believed to be the anatomically correct president of the United States of America some four score and six or so years after its founding, but many score before its floundering.
Shallow sea hydro-archaeologists working in the warm ocean waters off the southern coast of Georgia discovered his remains and determined to the surprise of prominent historians of the time that the animatronic President Lincoln was in fact a self-motile robot.
The two prominent theories of Animatronic Lincoln are that he either never existed in the first place as a president, or that he was a time traveling, pseudohomosapiestic android sent back to upset the balance of liberty in a young, formative, formidable and formerly exciting nation. The latter theory has many problems, including the fact that a pneumatic robot wouldn’t function properly under the Atlantic Ocean, but it does address inconsistencies with issues regarding his poorly constructed processing unit. The Animatronic Lincoln brain, though advanced for the time period, was incompatible with many of the primitive technologies of the era, specifically forced labor and the bullet.
